How your fundraising helps

We take around 2,000 conversations every day with people feeling anxious, stressed, depressed or suicidal and in need of urgent support.

  • £1,000 can cover the cost of 100 potentially life-saving conversations
  • £2,000 could train eight volunteers to take text conversations with people needing immediate support
  • £5,000 could cover the cost of 500 urgent conversations with children, young people and adults who need in-the-moment mental health support

Testimonials

My volunteer listened to my worries and gave me the space to go through things. It was helpful to try to focus. She was kind to me when i wasn't feeling kind to myself.
