Why are we asking you to fundraise for Shout?

As a charity, we rely on volunteers and donations to keep our service free and available 24/7 for anyone who needs it.

Every £10 you raise can provide one hour of mental health support to someone in crisis.

By raising £250, you'll help to train a Shout Volunteer to take 200 hours of conversations with people in distress.

Testimonials

I text Shout when I was at my lowest. They were incredible and helped me when the world felt impossible. ⁣⁣I decided to fundraise to help them continue their amazing and life-saving work.
