Support with eating disorders

An eating disorder is a mental health condition whereby someone uses the control of food to help them cope with overwhelming thoughts, feelings and situations. According to the charity BEAT, in the UK it's estimated that around 1.25 million people have an eating disorder.

At Shout, we have around 80 conversations every day about eating disorders or body image.
