The famous 11 day trek takes you over 110 km and to more than 5,600 m above sea level, with views of Everest and the Khumbu Icefall as well as Lhotse, Nuptse and Pumori.

You'll start your adventure in Kathmandu, before setting off into the heart of the Nepal Himalaya. You'll have the opportunity to traverse gorges and hike across suspension bridges along the epic route.
This is the ultimate challenge for those who want to push themselves on multi-day, once-in-a-lifetime trek to significant altitude.
When you sign up, you'll be given the option to include flights in your fundraising target or to arrange your own travel if you'd prefer more flexibility. If you do arrange your own travel, your fundraising target drops to £2,760.
