Take on a sponsored challenge this winter and do a little more each day from 1 December (1km run on the 1st, 2km on 2nd) all the way to Christmas Eve.
December 2, 2025 is Giving Tuesday - a global day of giving where individuals and organisations come together to support the causes they care about.
Each year, we take part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge - a match funding campaign launching on Giving Tuesday that means donations made to our services between 2 - 9 December are doubled.

Sophie texted Shout when she was struggling with anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation. Having a written conversation with a Shout Volunteer allowed Sophie to be more open about how she was feeling and she was given resources to help when she next struggled with intrusive thoughts.
Caitlyn talked to a Shout volunteer when she was struggling with her mental health. Now she's sharing her story to let others know they're not alone.
Ben texted Shout in a moment of crisis, as he entered recovery from a gambling addiction. Finding it easier to text than talk verbally, a Shout Volunteer gave Ben the space he needed to talk about his struggles and helped him to feel more like himself - with a sense of purpose and a plan moving forward
