Any money raised will support the children, young people and adults who text Shout every day with issues including suicidal thoughts, anxiety, depression, loneliness, bullying and self-harm.

1. We've made it easy to set up a tribute fund on JustGiving. Just click the button below and choose 'start fundraising' to set up your page.
2. Add photos and stories of your loved one on your tribute page. Consider adding key moments and memories that meant the most to them.
3. Share the link with friends and family. Anyone donating can leave a message for others to read and remember.
4. Pay in offline donations. If you collect any cash donations, add the amount to your tribute page - it's the easiest way to donate the funds to Shout.

When new mum Leanne looked for support, she found the thought of texting Shout to be an easier first step when other methods of communication felt impossible.
In 2018 Ben lost his younger brother to suicide. One night when he was struggling to cope with his feelings he reached out to Shout for support, an experience that has since led him to become a volunteer and help others with their mental health.
