The difference you make

Demand for Shout has more than doubled over the Covid-19 pandemic. We urgently need to recruit and train more volunteers so we can provide anyone in the UK with free, mental health support, 24/7.

Every £10 you raise lets us provide one hour of mental health support. Every £250 can help us train a Shout Volunteer to take conversations with people in crisis.

Whether you prefer to run, jog or walk, we hope you’ll take on the challenge and raise vital funds for our service.
