There are so many ways to fundraise while gaming. Take a look at our list of ideas and inspiration, and choose how you want to fundraise - whether that's through a charity tournament or a skill swap, any funds you raise will help keep our life-saving service open.

🕹️ Sponsored gaming events

However you choose to fundraise, we're here to support you. Let us know if you'd like to discuss your fundraiser, and head to Tiltify to set up a page.

It doesn't matter how large or small your fundraising target is - just £10 can cover the cost of a potentially life saving conversation for someone in need of support.

Your wellbeing

Playing games can be positive to our mental health by giving us time to relax and to connect with others. Still, it's important to look ourselves yourself while gaming.

We love this advice from Mind on how to game safely and healthily.

Remember, you don't need to complete your challenge or event for Shout in one go. Take breaks to move your body, go outside and to be offline. Reserve time to take care of yourself while you game.
