This Mental Health Awareness Week (13-19 May), Shout and The Harry Kane Foundation are asking you to take on an exercise challenge to raise awareness of the benefits of movement and help to raise vital funds for Shout.

Every day, thousands of people who are anxious, stressed, depressed or suicidal text us in need of urgent support. Our data shows that many of our texters find physical exercise helps distract them from troubling thoughts and makes them feel more confident and able to cope with mental health challenges.
