Support mental health at your university

Mental illness in young people is at a record high and often the pressures that come with university can become too much to cope with.

There is an opportunity for students and staff to make a big difference by working with Shout to promote positive mental health within your community and raise awareness of the life-saving support that is available. Find out more about working with us below.

Nominate Shout as a charity partner

University partnerships help us to reach and support not only the students and staff at your institution, but around the UK.

As nominated charity partner or charity of the year, we offer tailored support focused on your mental health and wellbeing goals. Whether you'd like us to lead a training session or workshop, provide personalised resources or offer student mental health insights, we'd love to work together to promote positive mental health on campus or in your community.

Please get in touch to find out more.

You'll be helping more people in crisis to access our service while conquering an incredible personal challenge, developing meaningful relationships with friends or colleagues and supporting your own mental health in the process.

Ottilie ran the Cambridge Half Marathon for Shout

"I think the mental health support provided by Shout is unique and special. Whether you are worried, anxious or even lonely, the ability to send a text and access help in that way is reassuring.

When I decided to run the half marathon, it was easy to decide which charity to run for because I knew I could spread the word about Shout and hopefully raise some money to help them on their mission!"
